This subject guide is designed as an information resource for student veterans and their families.
Here is a brief description of each tab: 

Getting Started
introduces you to
~ DiscoverDeWitt, the library search tool and how to use it: be sure and watch the Intro Video that explores it in real time with examples.  Lots of tips on how to refine and focus your searching, saving you time & effort.
~ This section also allows you to do your own sample search using DiscoverDeWitt.
~ There are also links ( in blue) to resources that are more subject specific: check out the list of databases you have access to, either by subject or title.
~ Two databases are represented here for Literary Criticism ( useful for English research papers) and a database that is all about

~ Also take a look at the list of Subject Guides, where we aggregate resources for specific disciplines, such as Nursing, Vet Tech, Criminal Justice, STEM courses, History, etc.

Print Books & Electronic Books offer a sampling of resources available through the library.  E books can be read online using any device.

PTSDpubs & Articles: access this free database sponsored by The National Center for PTSD. Several relevant articles taken from our own databases can be directly accessed from here as well. 

Websites: Links to key websites recommended by your student vet counselor.
