Mission

Mission:
The Macdonald DeWitt Library is dedicated to providing access to and promoting high quality resources, instruction and services in support of student learning and the campus community.

Vision:
The Macdonald DeWitt Library fosters the development of information literate, critical thinkers and adept evaluators of information.

Values:
Provide access to a curated, high-quality diverse collection of resources.
Promote and instill information literacy skills across the curriculum.
Provide the foundation to recognize appropriate, authoritative information for informed decision making.
Create and sustain an environment conducive to intellectual exchange, study and research.
Promote cultural programming and campus life.
Support, seek and share professional development opportunities in pursuit of excellence.
